Traqa is an ISO Registered company. We hold two internationally recognised certifications, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2012.

ISO 9001:2008

ISO 9001:2008 is the world’s most widely recognized quality management standard which enables us to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service.

Using ISO 9001:2008 we continually monitor, manage and assess the quality of the procedures we have in place for the operation of our business. This includes not only day to day working but also business critical areas such as customer satisfaction with the services and products we offer.

ISO 13485:2012

As a supplier of software products we also hold ISO 13485:2012 accreditation to ensure:

  • full and accurate recording of all products and components
  • full traceability for the life of products
  • that all products meet applicable regulatory requirements

Quality Management System

ISO 9001:2008 and IS0 13485:2012 are recognised as separate accreditations. Together they form the basis of the Quality Management System which Traqa uses to monitor its business and continually improve the products and service offered to customers.

Alcumus SafeContractor Accreditation

Traqa is a registered member of the Alcumus SafeContractor Scheme. With over 27,000 members Alcumus SafeContractor is one of the largest Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) organisations, recognised in the UK and internationally.
